I like it. But how in the world would we do away with the 2-party system? Would we just do away with the concept of ';parties'; altogether, and force everybody to run as an independent? Hmm, maybe that would work out okay.
Your 1st idea is a great one but it would be totally impossible (making it easier for 3rd parties to enter primaries/causcuses might be a better way to go) %26amp; speech writers aren't the problem it's the special interests groups who give the candidates the money they need to hire the fancy speech writers that are the main problem. Get rid of the Special interests %26amp; you'd get much ';cleaner'; political candidates.
