How do I change my major?

I applied to SFSU and said I wanted to major in Psychology. Now I want to Major on Business with a focus on Accounting and minor in Art. How do i change that? or do i just have to wait until I meet with an adviser to make my schedule?How do I change my major?
You will need to talk to people at the registrar's office for the correct procedure at it differs at every school.
