How hard or easy is it to change your major as an entering freshman at UCLA?

I'm entering with pre-psychology and I know I have the option of confirming or changing my status during orientation but is it possible to change from psychology to Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology (B.S.)? UCLA students. Any experience with changing your major before you attended UCLA?How hard or easy is it to change your major as an entering freshman at UCLA?
All students in the College of Letters %26amp; Science are essentially undeclared until junior year when you are required to declare a major. Feel free to explore the wide variety of disciplines offered at UCLA and don't worry about labeling yourself right now.How hard or easy is it to change your major as an entering freshman at UCLA?
you can try andchangeitforthis year but that would be difficult you can talk to the guy at ur university but i reccomend not going through the stress and changing it next year
considering that UCLA is very competitive it might be stressful to change your major . You can try maybe u might get luck but act quickly because spots can be taken fast. You you talk to an evaluator to tell him what is going on.
It isn't normally difficult at all, unless the major you are trying to get into is something ';impacted'; (which means that it is full and they can't accept any more students) like film. I don't think you will have any trouble with this.
You can change your major easily at the summer orientation at UCLA. While you are talking to the counselor assigned to you about the major just tell them you want to change your major. It will be fairly easy to change your major during freshman and you need to have a definite major by the end of your sophomore year.
