If i graduated from a America, can i still study in Egypt?

say i got a college degree from an American university here in the states, however, i decided to go back to Egypt for changing major to become a dentist (it's cheaper in Egypt). can i apply into a dentist school in cairo? will they care about my grades in High school? or how it will work?If i graduated from a America, can i still study in Egypt?

colleges in Egypt demand very high grades .

you pay very small fees in the main universties , but your grades have to be high .

there are private universities .

they also demand high grades , but less than the main universities .

the fees are very high , perhaps 25 thousand LE.
